Things I Like About MCJH

        Ming Chuan Junior High School is a place which offered me a good learning environment from thirteen years old to fifteen years old.

There are a lot of features in Ming Chuan. One of them is that there are three classes which, besides common subjects, also learning about Taiwan traditional drum dance in their leisure time after school. It goes without saying that they represent our school to attend the competition and always be the winner.

        I like Ming Chuan because there were many memories I created; some people may think that there is nothing special at all. But I consider that these memories are different to each others. Everyone have their own memories. These memories are unique. They can mot be replaced. So I have an attachment to Ming Chuan.

    3/20 is an unforgettable day. Although the day was school exam, my friends gave me a celebration in our classroom. In the afternoon, my classmates prepared three birthday cakes for me. I’m thanksful for my friends.

A Special Dream in Class

In the English class last week, David fell asleep in class because he had stayed up the night before when a bald teacher was teaching the lesson “We are the world”.

Tiredly, David was not only falling asleep but dreaming that he became a superb English teacher after he graduated from college and taught grammar in the class. However, he was an excellent teacher, all the students were falling asleep. He asked himself “What an excellent teacher I am! Why don’t they listen to me?” Suddenly, he walked down the platform and thundered “Wake up!” at the students and threw the book on the students’ head!

In reality, David fell asleep while the bald teacher was standing in front of him with a stern look and told David to wake up. The classmate who sat next to David snickered at him. David swore that he would never sleep in class.

Thrilling Birthday

Yesterday was John’s birthday, his classmates gave him a big celebration. His girlfriend gave him a special present, a dog. He was so happy that he thought he is the happiest boy in the world.

He took a walk with the dog. On the way, he couldn’t stop to think his girlfriend and he wanted to ask her to his house. Suddenly, he found his lovely dog was gone. He was looking for the dog in the park and he was anxious. He was afraid that his girlfriend would break up with him. So he searched here and there but he jus t couldn’t find it.

After he returned home he found that the dog stood in front of the door and waited him back. When John saw the dog which made him anxious before, he was so happy that burst into tears. At that time, he went back to become the happiest boy in the world.

It Is Not Bad to Be Alone

   

    One day, Wendy was playing a ball with a cat in the park. As the only daughter, she often feels lonely. Therefore, she decided to take the cat home. But when other cats saw the scene, they followed Wendy and hoped to have a comfortable place to live in.

    When Wendy arrived home, she told her mom she wanted to keep a cat so that the cat would keep her company. Actually, she would also bring other four cats home.

    Most important of all, Wendy didn’t consider the consequence. Those cats ruined the sofa, left lots of dirty footprints and messed up the living room. She felt regretful and thought that it is not bad to be alone.

An Important Person

     Shu-Feng Wu , a cram school teacher of mine , has a great influence on me and also plays an important role in my life.

     The first time I met her , I noticed that she has big eyes , a baby face , curly and brown hair and also she showed her youthful energy and optimistic smile . I couldn’t believe that she was almost thirty at that time ! However , her personality , is different from her appearance . She’s very mature and always has her own idea.

     Wu has taught me about how to overcome frustrations . For example , I messed up on my simulated examination , I was so sad about my poor grades , but she said ” It’s only a small test in your life . No matter how bad it is , just look on the bright side and do your best! ” She always gives me encouragement when I’m dejected and need help.

     In a word , she’s really concerned about me . I’m so glad I have met a good teacher in my life. 

Gorilla’s Anniversary

     One day, Mary was preparing dinner in the kitchen in a happy mood because of her wedding anniversary. When she was cooking, her dog has stayed by her side. Suddenly, she was scared and was screamed out as she turned around and saw a gorilla stand in front of her. The dishes in her hand scattered all over the floor at the same time.

     Afterwards, the gorilla, who was disguised her husband, took off his mask and presented flowers to Mary. She was so happy that was burst into tears with happiness.

     After this event, they have become more affectionate towards each other. Their anniversary has become more memorable.
